Key priority economic growth sectors identified by the government have been targeted by NSDA to improve current job skills along with existing workforce to ensure required skills to industry standards.

Customer Care NTVQF Level – III & IV

These Competency Standards were developed by the Standards and Curriculum Development Committee (SCDC) for the occupation “Customer Care” that was established under the sub-sector Industry Skills Council (ISC) and all the technical support was provided by BTEB and financial support was provided by Save the Children, Bangladesh.
