These Competency Standards were developed by the Technical Sub Committee (TSC ) that was established under The Project for Capacity Development Program of TTC, Rajshahi which is implemented by KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) funded by the Government of Korea. The rules of Skill Development Policy are maintained to develop the standards. The competency standards are the foundation on which new competency based curriculum will be developed that responds better to the needs of industry for skilled workers.
