জাতীয় দক্ষতা সার্টিফিকেট-II পেন্টিং (নির্মাণের জন্য জাতীয় দক্ষতার মানদণ্ড) সেক্টর) যোগ্যতা হল পেইন্টিংয়ের জন্য কারিগরি সাব কমিটি দ্বারা তৈরি একটি নথি দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন প্রকল্পের অধীনে ADB ঋণ 2425–BAN (SF)। এটি বাংলাদেশ কারিগরি শিক্ষা বোর্ড (BTEB) কর্তৃক অনুমোদনের ভিত্তিতে অনুমোদিত হয় বিটিইবি সিবিটি সেলে 24-01-2014 তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত একটি সভায় শিল্প দক্ষতা কাউন্সিল। স্ট্যান্ডার্ডটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড এবং কারিকুলাম ডেভেলপমেন্ট দ্বারা অনুমোদিত হয়েছিল কমিটি (SCDC) 15-4-2014 তারিখে BTEB সম্মেলন কক্ষে।

One of the reforms is developing Competency Standards that responds to the needs of the industry both local and international. Strategies include using the existing international standards from Australia and New Zealand, as bases for developing the CS and contextualize it in the Bangladesh context.
