This Course Accreditation Document is prepared to standardize the format for the
accreditation/re-accreditation of courses under the National Quality Assurance Framework
(NQAF) and for the registration of the accredited/re-accredited qualifications under the
National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF).
The two parts of this document as follows:
• Part A provides information on the Qualification Standards.
• Part B includes details of the pro-forma/templates for accreditation/re-accreditation. It
guides the Skills Training Provider (STP) to accomplish the required documents for
registration of the qualification.
